Applied Power Technologies is looking for a Software Engineer for Energy solutions
We are a small dynamic engineering firm making a big contribution to large energy users. We provide complete solutions, services and products to help customers manage critical electrical systems efficiently and productively. Applications include metering and cost allocation, power quality and advanced monitoring systems all tied to software giving users visualization, notification and management reports.
We are looking for a software engineer who is detail oriented, able to complete projects independently and interact with customers and other contractors in a professional manner. Candidate must be familiar with Windows client/server applications, MS SQL/SQL Reports, industrial network topologies, web page development/support. Experience with BMS, EMS, SCADA, Process control is a big plus. Excellent communication skills are a must. Some travel required. US citizenship or permanent residency required.
